The brief: a store that sells by itself
Water filters are a repeat-purchase product: cartridges are replaced every few months, so a returning customer is worth more than a one-off buyer. That is why the store was built not just as a shop window with a cart, but as a system that carries people to a purchase and brings them back for the next one: SEO pages for every query, one-click ordering, online payment, smart delivery and service reminders.

The store remembers when to change the cartridge
Our favourite feature. Every product has service events set up in the admin panel: "replace the cartridge in 90 days", "service the system in a year". When a customer places an order, the store schedules the reminders itself and sends an SMS on the right day: time to replace. The customer gives consent at checkout, and the sending time is configurable in the admin panel.
For the customer it is care: the water at home stays clean and there is nothing to keep in mind. For the store it is repeat sales on autopilot: people come back exactly when the cartridge really is due.
A game that helps people save
There is a mini-game on the site: you catch falling items, collect points and get a promo code for 4 or 7% off. It is written on canvas and launches with a button right from the shop window.
A minute of fun for the visitor, and a live contact plus a reason to buy for the store. That is how it lifts the average order value and the conversion rate.
Choosing a filter by the water problem
An interactive picker lives inside the article about water hardness: you choose what bothers you - limescale in the kettle, appliances or the whole house - specify the hardness and get a filter type with options from the catalogue. Content does the selling: the article does not just explain the problem, it leads to a solution.
An SEO machine built on the catalogue
Every popular query gets its own landing page: "drinking water filters", "reverse osmosis", "water softening" and dozens more are built from the catalogue as filter pages with their own copy and metadata. On top of that there is an automatic price feed for Hotline, a tidy robots.txt and a URL structure without clutter. Search engines like a store like this, and it is the main sales channel.

Payment and delivery without manual work
Online payment goes through monobank: the store creates an invoice, the bank confirms the payment with a signed webhook, and orders paid online are closed automatically on a schedule. Delivery is a deep integration with Nova Poshta: cities, branches and streets are pulled from the API, the price is calculated from the weight and dimensions of the cart, and the counterparty for the waybill is created right from the admin panel.

The small things that sell
One-click ordering for those who cannot be bothered with a form. Promo codes targeted by brand and category. "Found it cheaper?" - a price-match form right on the product card. Moderated reviews, callback requests, questions about a product. SMS phone verification with our own driver layer, so the provider can be swapped without touching the logic.

The admin panel: a full CRM and a content hub
Twenty-five sections on Backpack: products with attributes and photos, orders with statuses, customers, promo codes and campaigns, filter pages, reviews, callback requests, reminders and their schedule, price match requests, news and articles. The team sees technical events instantly - notifications land in Telegram.
What is under the hood
Laravel and MySQL, a front end on Tailwind and Vite, deployment through Bitbucket Pipelines with a separate staging environment, Docker for local development. The scheduler closes paid orders, sends the reminders and refreshes the feeds - the store services itself on a timetable.

A store that keeps growing
The project is in constant development: new landing pages, campaigns and night sales, improvements to the game and the picker, SEO experiments. The store already knows how to sell, remind and bring customers back - and it keeps learning.
